CliF Reflect is an analysis tool to support policy planners and makers to reflect on current levels of capacities within a country for the mobilisation and effective management of climate finance. Through a set of questions, the tool helps countries reflect on the particular challenges they are confronted with when accessing and using climate finance well and in identifying potential needs that could be met to help them address these challenges. Such reflection helps to clarify the domestic financing vision and strategy for climate finance readiness which is necessary for initiating the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) process, for example when preparing for NDC implementation or even a future NDC iteration.
