This global report on adaptation finance is a practical resource for designing financing options for selected sectoral adaptation programmes based on macroeconomic modelling and tailored to policy needs in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Nigeria. It describes climate finance flows in the countries and project idea notes (PINs) for different priority adaptation areas including energy efficiency in buildings, agriculture and water management. The PINs can be promoted to bilateral and multilateral development and financing partners by the beneficiaries of the project.
