This handbook is a practical resource for designing adaptation strategies based on robust macroeconomic modelling and tailored to policy needs in Georgia. It offers step-by-step instructions for scenario development, data analysis and interpretation of modelling results using the national e3.ge model. Moreover, it presents results and policy recommendations for three analysed sectoral adaptation programmes – rehabilitation of windbreaks, enhanced flood protection and adaptation against forest fires and diseases.
