At the national level, climate change adaptation activities are guided by the 2010 National Adaptation Programme of Action (NAPA) and the 2011 Climate Change Policy.

The Government has not yet elaborated a national M&E system for climate adaptation. But efforts are underway to mainstream climate change adaptation into the existing national M&E system (October 2013).
