This handbook is a practical resource for designing adaptation strategies based on robust macroeconomic modelling and tailored to policy needs in Mongolia. It offers step-by-step instructions for scenario development, data analysis and interpretation of modelling results using the national e3.mn model. Moreover, it presents results and policy recommendations for four analysed sectoral adaptation programmes covering the areas agriculture, water management and forestry.
