The Climate Expert Guide for Adaptation in Industrial Zones provides practical guidance on how managers of industrial zones and their partners can assess their vulnerability to climate change, develop adaptation strategies and support companies in their adaptation efforts. While only some NDCs explicitly include the industrial and private sector, they can significantly contribute to NDC implementation by assessing vulnerabilities and henceforth identifying potential adaptation options in their sectors. The guide is based on experiences from Morocco and provides background information, practical tools, case studies and recommendations to support Industrial Zone managers in conducting a climate risk analysis and developing an adaptation strategy.
