A Cookbook for Tailor-Made Training Courses on Adaptation

Happy new year to all members and readers of AdaptationCommunity.net! For all of you who are interested in education and training about adaptation, the “cookbook” for customising the training course on integrating climate change adaptation into development planning has been finished and is now available in English, with Spanish and French translations in the works.

“Tailor made training courses on climate change adaptation”, as it is called in full, explains in detail how the CCA integration training can be customised to address different needs in learning about adaptation. The cookbook covers all the basic course formats, including the training of trainers and multipliers, as well as new modules on monitoring and evaluation, which are currently being field-tested in South Africa and will be published later this month.
