Climate Adaptation: The dual role of the Private Sector

Climate change poses an increasing risk to private companies all over the globe, making it necessary to adapt value chains and operations to changing weather patterns and policy demands. At the same time, the private sector holds critical finance, know-how, and technical innovation to tackle the impacts of climate change. Close collaboration between public and private actors is key to leverage both sides’ full potential and meet climate challenges head-on.
